Key Account Relationship Management :
- Work with key account to understand their needs and develop mutually beneficial business models, initiatives and promotion;
- Support zonal teams in building relationships with their key accounts; co-ordinate with FBOs to develop the standards and guidelines for servicing of key accounts
- Monitor servicing at zonal level, work with other functions to facilitate key account servicing and to resolve any issues to build strong key account relationships.
Customer Engagement :
- Build Joint Business Plan with customer
- Aligning internal and customer objectives, manage routines like monthly and quarterly reviews
- Negotiate term of trade and monitor their implementation.
- Drive focus brands and New launches with customer.
Market Execution: Participate in execution standards like DEEP RED- liaising with customers and zones; take corrective measures wherever necessary to improve the execution in the market, regular market visits jointly with customer and zonal teams.
Business Analysis : Review daily reports on key account performance, analyze geographical business to identify gaps and growth opportunities as per PITA model, track volume for all activated key accounts.
