- Handle LAP product.
- Sourcing business from connectors, Builders, and as well as self source.
- Responsible to drive business of the company through business tieups with Builders & DSAs (Direct selling Agents).
- Responsible for cordination with vendors to reduce Turn around time (TAT) and ensure best possible customer service
- Building up and maintaining relationships with Builders and promoters
- Finding the customers potential and preparing the sales note.
- Maintaining good relationship with connectors,DMA and Existing customers.
- Recruiting potential Home Loan back round DMA
